Free 30-minute consultations are always offered so that we can get to know each other with no risk or commitment to you.
At the end of the consultation, if we aren't a good fit, and you don't feel a connection, a vibe or comfortable, no worries! I can help find someone better suited to your needs.

Usually, contacting your therapist outside of session time leads to more distress while waiting for an email response. I provide access to assistance within reasonable hours via text/email for your peace of mind.

Services
Appointments & Fees
I offer online and in-office appointments (where permitted by provincial pandemic guidelines).

Our first appointment will be 90 minutes (1.5 hours) in length so we have more time to understand each other. Any follow-up appointment can be either 60-minutes or 90-minutes. Fees are inclusive of tax.

My fees are
$125 per 60-minute session
or $187 per 90-minute session.

Free Wellness
Package
Committing to growth means using effective resources outside of session. I provide a wellness package upon first session, and create free therapy infographics to promote your growth between sessions.
Fees & Insurance
You can pay for your appointment via credit card online or e-transfer.
Payment is due at the end of the appointment. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please let me know 48 hours in advance minimum, or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% (100% if in-office). I am flexible regarding the cancellation policy in case of emergencies.

My fees may be covered under your health insurance policy.
Receipts and/or invoices will be provided for reimbursement. If you’d like to claim your appointment under your insurance benefits, check if your insurance provider covers Registered Psychotherapists (Qualifying) from the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).
